Today I sat in the sunshine and made a cover for my jug that has no lid. You crochet in little glass beads to weigh down the edges.
These were popular in 'old times' and would have been made with finer crochet cotton, which I have found some in my 'stash' from long ago, and will see what how they turn out. I need some patterns.
I actually found some Twilleys patterns from long long ago, I knew there was a reason why I had kept so much stuff....
I went for a walk to Kingswood today to see the bluebells, always so tranquil there.
